Bianca Guadalupe

Bianca is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Algonquin College in Ottawa and a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is passionate about helping her clients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being through evidence-based massage therapy and client-centred care.

She bases each treatment plan on her client’s unique goals and needs, ensuring personalized care that supports every stage of their health journey. Bianca incorporates a variety of techniques into her treatments, including joint mobilization, deep tissue therapy, relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and both passive and PNF stretching.
