Direct Billing
This option allows your health care practitioner to submit your insurance claim on your behalf. Depending on your plan, your insurance provider may or may not pay your RMT directly. Some plans may still require the plan holder to pay upfront.

Process for DIRECT billing:

Confirm with your insurance provider that you have RMT coverage.

Enter your direct billing information into your profile on Jane.

If we are unable to process your claim, we will provide you with a receipt so you can submit it independently.

Please note:

Sunlife, Blue Cross, and Greenshield are billed through their own portals, and you will need to bring this information with you to your first session.

We can only direct bill to one insurance provider and are unable to coordinate benefit plans.

All of our therapists at all clinic locations are registered with Blue Cross.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 4 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 4 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full fee to their credit card on file. We will still review each cancelation on an individual basis.
