Grace Smith

Grace Smith completed her studies at Algonquin College, receiving an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy. She is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO.

With training in a full scope of therapies, including Swedish Massage, Trigger Point release, Scar treatment, and Trauma-informed care. Grace's approach to massage is thoughtful, intuitive, and client-centered. She believes in creating a safe and welcoming space where her clients feel heard, safe, and supported.

Whether looking to reduce stress, improve mobility, or reduce pain, Grace works with each individual to tailor treatments that align with their goals and comfort levels.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Grace trying new cafes while reading her latest hyperfixation, cuddling her cat Mochi, exploring new hiking trails, and listening to her music far above the recommended volume.
